「我不是在教手作,
我在設計讓每個人都能成功的
學習體驗。」

Carmen Lo
Founder of Mindful Art Academy

For more than two decades, Carmen has facilitated learning experiences and training programs across different cities and settings—from corporate teams and healthcare organisations to schools and communities.

Over the years, her work has given her countless opportunities to observe and explore how people can reconnect with themselves in the midst of pressure and everyday demands.

Her work is not simply about teaching people to complete an artwork.

It is about designing a process in which creativity helps people reconnect with their focus, emotions and inner state.

Methods & Systems

Mindful Art Academy began with a simple observation:

Many people think they cannot do something.
Often, they simply have not yet found a way that works for them.

Drawing on years of teaching and facilitation experience, Carmen began developing creative systems that are easy to understand, practical to facilitate, and flexible enough to evolve in different settings.

From Star Flower and Eye of Life to Draw for JOY, each system is designed not simply around the finished artwork, but around what happens during the creative process—

focus, awareness and connection.

These systems have since been used in a variety of settings, allowing creativity to become more than a hobby.

It becomes a meaningful practice that can support the way we live, learn and work.
